Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When order confirmation is received by you, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Please select your preferred shipping method from the choices offered. All prices shown are per order and not per product.

GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY

A next day delivery service is only available by calling 0141 423 1117 and placing your order with one of our sales staff. The cost for next day delivery is £9.99. This is a fully guaranteed next working day before 5.30pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Our staff will confirm the availability of the stock when you call. Calls need to be made before midday.


PRIORITY DELIVERY

For orders needed within 2-4 working days you should use the Priority Delivery option at only £7.99. We aim to dispatch all Priority orders within two working days from the day that you place your order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that:
* This is NOT a guaranteed service.
* All orders placed after midday will not be processed until the following day.
* All delivery schedules are entirely dependant upon product availability.

If a product that you have ordered is unavailable we will endeavour to contact you with an alternative or the option to cancel your order in full. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will ship the remainder of your order to meet the delivery timescales. You will be charged only for those items shipped and the cost of shipping. (Please make sure that your contact details are correct).


STANDARD DELIVERY TO ANY UK MAINLAND ADDRESS

Standard delivery is only £3.99. Standard Delivery can take up to 10 working days, however Royal Mail will NOT guarantee this and do not consider a parcel lost until 21 working days from dispatch, therefore if you require your goods for a specific date you will need to choose the Priority Delivery option or call us on 0141 423 1117 for Next Day Delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We can deliver international orders, however you would need to call us as the delivery cost is dependent upon the weight of your order and the destination country. You are responsible for full delivery costs involved including any import duties. We cannot describe the goods in the package as anything other than what they are, so please do not ask us to. Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added.

Returns Policy

We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. If you are in any doubt about the item you are purchasing you can ask us for more information before placing your order, we will be more than happy to supply you with further details.

Should you wish to cancel your order or receive a product and find that you have cause to return - you should contact us within seven working days of receiving the goods. Please note - you should contact us within this period either by telephone, email or in writing.

Any item returned must be unworn/unused complete with ALL the original packaging and tags as appropriate. These tags must NOT have been removed from the product. We strongly recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt.

Returns Postage Costs
If an item is returned for refund all postage costs incurred will remain payable by you.
